Passenger door system

  1. Four (4) pneumatic double opening doors;
  2. Four (4) doors can be separately operated via two (2) main control switches and four (4) sub-control switches, and the main switches and sub-control switches are deployed on the dashboard;
  3. Driven by Air cylinders and valves;
  4. An emergency safety hammer is installed at the right and left front door;
  5. The location of emergency switch for each door m should be accessible by following a adjacent instruction;
  6. When doors are open, the shift function is forbidden.
  7. Pneumatic pumps used to open the doors is installed inside the air duct;

  2. Engine cover is equipped with noise absorbing mats;
  3. The fire extinguishers are equipped in driver cabin.
  4. The warning signs in English language on the each door;
  5. Engine exhaust direction can be diverted to keep passenger away from emissions subject to doors on whichever side are open;
  6. Aluminum alloy rod are installed on the top of the front seats back, on the top of rear wheel bag, and on the top of air-conditioning package in passenger cabin along the direction of vehicle width;
  7. Engine speed meter;
  8. Add transition steps to reduce the span at co-pilot side;
  9. Additional handle installed on cabin frame for easy embarkation/disembarkation;
  10. Electrical layout is labeled under the cover of electrical box.
